Deposits

•⁠  ⁠A 50% deposit is required for all new and online bookings.

This deposit secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of

your service on the day.

Cancellations & No-Shows

•⁠  ⁠Clients cancelling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, not showing

up or arriving more than 15 minutes late (requiring rescheduling) will incur a

cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

•⁠  ⁠This will either mean the forfeit of your deposit or a cancellation fee charged if no

deposit was paid.

•⁠  ⁠Expectations may be considered in unforeseen circumstances - please

communicate with out team in such event.

Payments

•⁠  ⁠Please be aware that any credit or debit cards stored on our system may be

used used to process your service payment or charge any applicable no show/

cancellation fees whether the appointment was booked online, over the phone or

in-store.

•⁠  ⁠Clients that don’t have a card stored on file will receive and invoice
